A man of Ba Lang sent by the Han in 113 BC to persuade the king of Nam Viet to come to court. The Shiji records that he had an affair with the Cu woman before she became Anh Te's wife, and carried it on again as envoy.

The old chronicles say
The main text of the Shiji records that before she became Anh Te's wife, the woman of the Cu clan had carried on an illicit affair with him. When the Han chose that very man as envoy to Nam Viet, the book adds one terse line: the envoy carried on the affair with her again. The people of the country knew of it fairly well, and most did not side with the queen dowager. On the throne sat a young king; behind it, a mother from Ham Dan; and beside her, a Han envoy whom people in the country knew to have been her lover. Lu Gia's proclamation later charged the queen dowager with living in lewdness with the envoy.1
